Diana Barbosa
Ms. Barbosa is the Nanotechnology Consultant at Fuelsion Ltd. She was born and raised in Brazil and educated in both Brazil and the United Kingdom. From 1981 to 1984, she completed her Chemistry degree at “Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.” From 1985 to 1988, she pursued Chemical Engineering at “Universidade Federal Fluminense.” Between 1989 and 2002, she was the founder and Director at “Botonificio Bahia.” From 2003 to 2005, she worked in Product Development and Quality Assurance at “Ethnic Cuisine Swansea” in the United Kingdom. In 2006-2007, she completed an MRes in Nanotechnology at Swansea University. From 2007 to 2021, she was the founder and Director of Swansea Engineering Applications Solutions Limited. She completed a PG MBL in Technology and Innovation at Swansea University in 2010-2011, and a Post-Graduate course in Strategic ICT Leadership at Edinburgh Napier University in 2014-2015. From 2014 to 2016, she served as the International Project Officer at City School of Languages. From 2016 to 2022, she was self-employed at ITB Foundation. Since 2023, she has been working as an Administrator Officer at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
