Maria Serodio
Mrs. Serodio is the Laboratory Consultant at Fuelsion Ltd. She was born, raised, and educated in Portugal. She completed her Chemistry degree at "Instituto Industrial de Lisboa" from 1956 to 1960. She worked at the Laboratory of “Defesa Fitossanitaria dos Produtos Armazenados” in Portugal from 1962 to 1966, then at the Laboratory of “Instituto de Investigação Agronômica de Angola” from 1966 to 1972. She moved to the United Kingdom in 1972 and worked at the National College of Agriculture Engineering until 1977. She then moved to Brazil, working in the Laboratory of “Química de Solos” at CEPLAC from 1978 to 1979. Between 1979 and 1983, she founded an English school called Pink and Blue. She returned to CEPLAC as Chief of Laboratory “Química de Solos” from 1983 to 1993, and from 1993 to 1995, she was a teaching assistant for Laboratory practices at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD). From 1995 to 2010, she returned to CEPLAC as Chief of Laboratory “Química de Solos” before retiring. In 2014, she supported Mr. Serodio in his invention in the Laboratory, and from 2014 to 2016, she was part-time employed as a Laboratory Assistant at a Research & Development company.
